Please note: Unless otherwise stated or agreed, prices quoted below are based on you supplying all graphics, text and logos to be used in the web page by email or on disk saved in a suitable format as specified in your personalised quote.
Single page 'Online Business Card' from just £99!
Including single domain name registration (.com, .net or .co.uk), web hosting and one email account all for one year, plus a single html page with a simple, customised layout and colours specified by you to fit your company or personal image/theme.
Your 'online business card' can include your logo and contact details and a brief explanation of you, your product or services. (You supply all graphics, text and logos to be used in the web page by email or on disk saved in a suitable format as specified in your personalised quote.)
Additional pages from £25 each
Expand your site, as above, with a simple per page charge for each additional page (e.g. About Us, Glossary).
For additional pages the charge is £25 per standard* page.
*The layout for subsequent or additional pages is as per the initial page apart from the inclusion of navigation buttons and/or text links.
Add an Interactive Contact Form to your website for just £35
You can add a fully interactive Contact Form to your website, as above, using a clever script that actually sends you an email from your website visitor, with the specified details, directly through the web page. View our contact page for an example of how this looks.
Choose up to 6 fields or questions for the form, and up to 3 email addresses to receive the website messages. Visitors will be shown a confirmation screen upon successful submission of the message, or an error message detailing any missing information.
NEW! Sell Online from just £5
This option allows you to add simple 'buy now' (PayPal/Nochex) buttons to items on your website. Prices are as for html sites detailed above, plus from £5 per product or service that requires configuration of a 'buy now' button or PayPal 'Shopping Basket'. You arrange your own payment processing, for example PayPal or Nochex (we are happy to advise) and provide all graphics, text and logo, as above.
Animated (Flash) websites from just £125!
We will soon be offering you the option of choosing from an exciting range of high-quality Flash templates, which we can customise with your own content, logo and images.
Prices will range from just £125 for a single customised Flash page (including domain, email, and hosting for one year, as above) plus £45 for each additional or subsequent page in your Flash website, of the same design.
Database driven information sites including Online Galleries or Forums from just £250!
You can have a simple-to-manage (browser-based administration) website that you can easily update yourself based on third-party software which we will completely customise to your design specifications. Prices include domain, email, and hosting for one year, as above, as well as an instruction pack/documentation and up to one hour telephone training to assist you with updating the site upon completion.
The price will depend on the complexity of the project, with a basic cost of £250 for the installation of the software and design customisation with up to 3 pages (e.g. About, Contact Info, etc) in the same layout. Additional page charges as above (£35 for an interactive contact form, from £25 for subsequent standard pages).
Please note: Prices do not include any applicable license fees which vary according to the software used - you will be advised of any additional costs in your personalised quote.
Database driven Ecommerce sites - Your Online Shop from just £350!
You can have a simple-to-manage (browser-based administration) ecommerce website you can easily update yourself (based on third-party software), which we will customise to your design specifications. Prices include domain, email, and hosting for one year, as above, as well as up to one hour of telephone training to assist you with managing and updating the site upon completion.
The final price will depend on the complexity of the project, but we have put together a great bundle at a fantastic low price of just £350 for the initial set-up to include creation of an original logo or store header/background image and a customised layout and design (skin) for your ecommerce store.
We will add up to 3 information pages (site documents) such as About Us, Contact Details, P& P Information, Privacy Policy, T& C, etc.
If that's not enough, we will also get your online store off to a flying start by creating your first 5 Categories or subcategories in your ecommerce catalogue, according to your requirements.
The basic cost also includes up to an hour of telephone training to assist you with adding your first batch of products and provide you with a general overview of the webstore administration/management.
Adding products to the catalogue is charged from £2 per product including customisable product options, if applicable. You agree to provide all other graphics, text and logos except where stated. The price varies according to complexity and pricing for special or non-standard requirements and will be confirmed in your personalised quote.
Website Updates, Maintenance and Administration from just £20!
You can site back and relax while we take care of your updates, maintenance and general website administration. From a small one-off update such as changing your contact details, to a comprehensive, ongoing website administration service including end-user support.
You simply pay an hourly rate according to the number of hours per month you use our services charges are £25/hour for 1-5 hours/month and a special reduced rate of £20/hour for 6+ hours/month.
Please note: A minimum charge of £20/month applies for updates, maintenance and website administration, unless otherwise agreed.
Website Review & Development or Improvement
If your current website needs a facelift or is failing to perform as expected, we offer a FREE service including an initial review and brief report with an estimate for any recommended work, so you can make informed decisions about your website plans.
Should you decide to use our services for website develpment or improvements, we will provide you with a more accurate quote after discussing your plans in more detail.
You then simply pay an hourly rate according to the number of hours per month you use our services. Charges are £25/hour for 1-5 hours/month and a special reduced rate of £20/hour for 6+ hours/month.

Graphics & Text
Creating/editing logos, graphics and sourcing stock photography
For standard graphic creation, manipulation (including scanning hard/printed copies of artwork) or sourcing work, we charge a flat rate of £25/hour. This does not include Flash or other animated/3D or specialised file types.
Animated (Flash) Creation or Customisation
Working with Flash is a specialised area within graphic manipulation and creation we are able to offer customised Flash headers, intros, banners, buttons, etc. for £35/hour.
Copywriting
When you provide us with the copy (text) that will make up your website content, we offer a FREE basic spelling and grammar correction service as part of your website cost. If you would like to use our services for any additional copywriting services, including full copy creation, there is a simple hourly rate of £25/hour, which roughly equates to one web page.
Please note: A minimum charge of £20/month applies for copywriting services, unless otherwise agreed.
Search Engine Optimisation
This is related to Copywriting as it involves us checking your copy (website text/content) for keywords, and suggesting or making changes as necessary to improve the listing position and information given to your website by the main search engines. This can help to encourage more visitors to your site as it makes it easier for potential visitors to find via the search engine listings. This service is charged at a our usual hourly rates and pricing will be confirmed after consultation.
As part of any of our standard Web Design packages/services we will, after consultation with you, include relevant keywords and 'meta tags' in the hidden coding within each page absolutely FREE of charge.
To have your website submitted to the main search engines, either regularly or as a one-off upon completion of your web design project, we charge £10 per page or URL.
Please note: Search engine optimisation techniques and website submission can help to encourage relevant visitors to your website. We do not, however, offer any guarantee of placement/listing position as a result of these service, nor does submission to the major search engines guarantee inclusion.
Domains, Email & Web Hosting
Domain Name Registration
All our standard web design packages include a FREE single domain name registration for either one or two years, depending on the domain type (.com, .net, .org, .info, .us, .biz registration is for one year, .co.uk, .org.uk is for two years).
Additional domains can be purchased at the following competitive prices:
£10/year for one year registration of .com, .net, .org, .info, .us, .biz
£14/year for two year registration of .co.uk, .org.uk
Other domain types are available, prices vary, further details on request.
Web Hosting
We offer inclusive FREE webhosting services as part of our standard web design packages, with ample space and bandwidth for your varied website needs.
(Hosting is the term used for storing and maintaining files, email or domains on a server (computer) that is connected to the Internet. You can choose a Hosting account that is either fully or partially managed by SitePlus Web Services or handed over to you to manage yourself. This would involve tasks such as performing backups (saving the website files for safe-keeping), checking visitor statistics (to see how many people have viewed your website), plus many more too numerous to list here. We will be happy to discuss this with you in more detail if you have any further questions.)

Email Account(s)
Using your domain name, you can have access either via a web browser or using a program such as Outlook on your computer, to view, manage and send emails with a professional company image, e.g. info@sitepluswebservices.com.
Your first email account is included FREE as part of all our standard web design packages, but you may decide to have separate accounts for your different staff, departments or interests.
We will be happy to set up additional email accounts, along with email forwards and catch-all addresses for a flat fee of £5 per additional address/forward.
Additional Services
Training
We can provide you with training and instruction packs for basic website updates, managing email accounts and implementing your website into your marketing activities as a whole.
There is currently no charge for relevant consultation and support by telephone or email during development of your website, we also provide FREE training as detailed for specific websites such as online Galleries or ecommerce.
We reserve the right to limit this free service as necessary. Above average support requests or where this is outside the scope of any agreed tasks may be classed as Training and charged at the following hourly rate(s): £25/hour/person for 1-5 hours/month £20/hour/person for 6+ hours/month
On-site support or training can be arranged at the standard hourly rate(s) quoted above, plus travel/accommodation expenses outside a 10 mile radius of CH45.
